The LC Partnership vision is to offer a different approach to learning and make education and training more Learner/Employer Centric. Our mantra is “Integration not reinvention”.
From our experience, managers are not accurately assessing learner’s skills and often the delivery is qualification focused rather than learner/employer centric. As a result, learners are required to evidence far too much by assessment staff who can't adopt a one to one approach, but rather a “one size fits all” approach. Hence, individuals get highly demotivated and end up withdrawing from the programme having not been given accreditation of the skills they already possess. This means little focus is being given to the real skills gaps that exist for enhancing employer productivity and learner progression.
LC Partnership’s products and approach to delivery offers learners an opportunity to evidence competence using a wide range of methods that suits the learner’s and employer’s needs.
LC Partnership can deliver fully accredited qualifications in various sectors and across different levels if that is more relevant to your organisation. For example, we could deliver the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership or the Level 2 Certificate in Logistics Operations. Most of our qualifications can be delivered online although in certain instances direct observations may have to take place. Please see our website
for further information and contact details.
Should you, or any of your staff have a military background you will be aware of the Enhanced Learning Credits scheme which provides service leavers with a pot of money to upskill as part of their transition back to civvy street. LC Partnership have been approved by the MOD to facilitate delivery of a number of courses to aid this process. You can find a list of our courses on the ELCAS website
- our provider number is 9152.
In addition to our vocational delivery, we are currently delivering the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA
) course, online and face to face when required and various other short half-day courses to cover other mental health subjects.
